I'm a queer therapist who works from a relational psychodynamic lens, incorporating somatic practices and ACT. I create space for all of who you are to be able to show up and live your most authentic life. Even the parts of you that have been abused, neglected, traumatized, or that you have ignored for too long. No matter what brings you to therapy, I will join you with curiosity, compassion, and openness so that you can explore the fullness of who you are. My work centers on relationship as the primary vehicle for healing. Together, we will help you to build and heal the relationship with yourself, your body, and with others.
Though I work with a variety of clients, I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ clients, trauma, anxiety and depression. My therapeutic approach is depth oriented and interpersonal neurobiology-informed. My therapeutic style engages your emotions, thoughts and body in a compassionate and open way, creating space for you to show up as your authentic self.
