I am also a qualified supervisor and can provide supervision to new mental health counselors in Florida.
I have been trained and offer treatment through a variety of modalities including: Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I integrate these modalities as needed to create an individualized approach to your healing.
