My approach is to create a climate of support, empathy and compassion where together we can develop solutions for your concerns. I specialize in helping adults with relationships of all kinds - whether it be in a marriage - with family members (siblings or parents) or even in the workplace - reach out if you could use some help.
My office location is in East Lyme, CT. If you live in Norwalk or any other areas of CT - I am a available for teletherapy. For those who work during the week - please know that I offer Sat & Sun hours from 8am - 2pm. I am in network with Aetna; Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield; Cigna; Optum/United.

Groups
Cancer support group - men/women - no charge
I volunteer thru the wonderful organization "One Tough Cookie" (https://www.supportonetoughcookie.com/) which is a non profit organization helping those who are dealing with cancer. The groups run weekly for one hour for 4 weeks. I facilitate this support group and there is no charge to attend. It is via teletherapy - no in person meetings at this time. If you are interested, please send me an email with your information and I will get back to you to share when the next group starts. Must be a resident of Connecticut to attend.
