The decision to seek therapy takes courage and a commitment to befriending yourself. I specialize in working with issues including PTSD/trauma, eating disorders, body image, anxiety, depression, self-harm, sexual abuse, grief and loss, divorce, major life transitions, personal growth, and the integration of spirituality through the body-mind connection, dreamwork, and creativity. I am dedicated to the healing and empowerment of girls and women who want to develop their self-acceptance and transform their current experiences into living a more authentic life.
I am a Licensed Psychotherapist and Board Certified Art Therapist in private practice with over 16 years of experience in the field. I am Jungian-informed, trauma trained in EMDR, and utilize Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction as taught by Jon Kabat-Zinn. I incorporate various techniques and modes of therapy based on individual, client-centered approaches.
I believe in the body's innate ability to heal so that you can live more fully.
