I approach therapy with the belief that positive change occurs when you are in a protected and non-judgmental environment. My role is not to tell you to “do something”, but rather create a space where you can be your most authentic self. Through genuine collaboration we can explore your experiences, uncover your strengths, and develop meaningful changes.
