The strength in my approach comes from a balance of experimenting with tangible interventions to improve your life and awareness that empowers you to achieve a greater connection to inner wisdom.
I have extensive personal experience as an artist, and approach therapy as a balance between art and science. I have participated in research on gender, queerness, mood disorders, and creativity. I pride myself in hearing and understanding my clients meaningfully, and give them new insights and thoughtful challenges that have not yet been presented to them.
I will help to guide you through your current challenges, explore your unique strengths and how they can be applied to your life path, grow compassion, and find a sense of purpose.
