This can lead to us doubting our self-worth and our ability to live a more fulfilling life. As a therapist, I am here to meet you where you are at in this moment. I want to lend you a listening ear and provide you comfort in knowing that you have my full support. Any consistent nervousness or doubts will be met with kindness and patience as we work together to help navigate how to make your life more enjoyable.

I practice from a person-centered approach, in which genuine connection, trust and care between the therapist and client is critical to client growth. I work with adolescence and adults as they navigate life with generalized anxiety, panic disorder, depression, substance use/addiction, and ADHD.

I can offer a healthy safe outlet where there is no judgement from my end, but instead includes compassion and acceptance. I want to provide a safe space where you can come and be able to tell me anything that is on your mind.
