My aim is to provide a high-quality, specialist service to men struggling with problem sexual behaviours, including problematic sex use, pornography consumption, drug-linked sexual behaviours (chemsex or party-drugs), moral or ethical conflicts over the types of sex (fantasy, BDSM or visiting sex workers), the breaking of relationship boundaries (affairs or infidelity) or resulting legal and financial problems. I am a professionally qualified, registered and accredited sex therapist, dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and improve your sexual health, self-identity & well-being.
I'm a sex-positive, integrative therapist. I use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) that puts your values at the centre of your therapy. My approach is further informed by professional training in sexology, psychotherapy, kink- and trauma- knowledge. I also bring over 30 years specialist sexual health and HIV nursing experience.
