Our program focuses on allowing people to live in the now and handle the challenges they may encounter outside the treatment walls. Structure is essential to clients struggling with mental health, and we provide that. Northeast Wellness Collective's IOP program meets five days a week, 3 hours a day in Phase 1. In Phase 2, clients will program four days a week and then transition to Phase 3, meeting three days a week. Clients also can attend our life skills program, "Life" 's Compass," three times a week.

We offer both in-person, remote, and hybrid tracks to fit with your needs. We don't believe the commitments of everyday life should prevent someone from seeking the help they need.

Our PHP and IOP programs offer flexibility and autonomy not found at a residential level of care, while still providing access to invaluable and intensive medical and therapeutic support.
Starting the journey on the road to recovery can be difficult. At New Horizon Recovery Centers, you do not have to make that journey alone. We offer 2 separate programs with PHP and IOP options, one for Mood, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma-Related Disorders, and one for Substance Use Disorders: Alcohol, Drug, Process Addictions, and Co-Occurring Disorders. Our goal at New Horizon Recovery Center is to bridge the gap between Outpatient Therapy and Acute Crisis and Residential Care. We do this by working alongside our clients and families to provide the skills needed to build resilience and develop a rich, rewarding, and contented lifestyle.
