We provide personalized intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient services with an emphasis on peer support and family involvement. At Serenity, we'll work together to identify what works best for you and provide a serene therapeutic space to connect, get support & make positive changes. Promont Wellness is a premier, outpatient treatment center offering outpatient mental health & substance use treatment ranging from 25 hours per week at our highest level of care to two hours per week at our least intensive level of care. At White Deer Run, it is our primary objective to help guide patients towards recovery and a better way of life, and we do that through the provision of a number of programs, such as residential rehabilitation, a traditional outpatient program (OP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), gender-specific halfway houses, medically monitored detoxification, and a partial hospitalization program (PHP).

Roxbury is an inpatient detox and rehab facility for adults with a specialty in treating co-occurring mental health disorders. Roxbury’s inpatient substance use disorder unit is also a contracted and certified Tricare facility and can treat active duty military members, their dependents, and veterans. Our program offers individualized treatment planning, 12 step programming, SMART Recovery, group therapy, individual and family therapy, as well as medication management and a full psychiatric evaluation. We also offer Medication Assisted Treatment in the forms of Suboxone, Sublocade, oral Naltrexone and Vivitrol.

Our programs will include partial hospitalization treatment, intensive outpatient treatment (day and night programs), and outpatient care, all with the support of a psychiatric provider, licensed clinicians, and experienced professionals. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options as well as psychiatric medication management will be offered at all levels of care.
