What is Sanare Today?
Sanare Today offers Outpatient Individual and Group Therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization for individuals in crisis or who are struggling with maintaining emotional stability or sobriety. Treatment ranges from one day per week to daily group programming. Groups are offered for tweens, adolescents and adults with a focus on mental health, substance use, DBT, trauma and LGBTQ-specific populations. Family support is encouraged throughout the treatment process to ensure accountability outside of the treatment space. Sanare Today offers day and evening programs in several different office locations throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware and North Carolina.
Sanare's mission
The mission of Sanare Today is to provide a pathway to hope, peace and happiness for individuals who want the most out of life and who may be struggling with mental health and substance use issues. A primary goal is to help individuals become stabilized emotionally and be able to succeed at school/work, maintain healthy interpersonal relationships, and learn effective coping strategies to dealing with life's challenges. Sanare Today is a strength-based model of care that evaluates the whole person. We will utilize community resources to meet the physical, mental, career/educational, and spiritual needs of the members we serve.
Who is appropriate for care at Sanare?
Sanare Today is appropriate for tweens, adolescents and adults struggling to function in school, work, the community or at home. Many are struggling with mental health or substance abuse conditions such as major depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, opioid dependence, alcohol use disorder and more. Anyone being discharged from inpatient psychiatric hospitalization is also appropriate to refer to our IOP or PHP programming. If you are unsure if your patient/client is appropriate, call us today!

Group hosted by Naomi Hewlings for adults 18+ that are interested in learning and practicing mindfulness and meditation skills. This group will utilize DBT, CBT and trauma informed mindfulness skills. Each session will include a meditation, guided imagery, or activity to reinforce relaxation and emotion regulation. The therapist is trained to ensure a safe space for mindfulness practice in every session.
