Premier Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Facility
Promont Wellness is a premier, outpatient treatment center offering outpatient substance use treatment ranging from 25 hours per week at our highest level of care to two hours per week at our least intensive level of care. Promont strongly believes in providing quality services to those who may need them. At Promont Wellness, we offer the full continuum of outpatient care; PHP, IOP and OP, with individualized treatment options. We also offer medicated assisted treatment in all levels of care. Our staff have backgrounds working with substance use, LGBTQ+ individuals, trauma, eating disorders and many other concerns which are often cooccurring with substance use disorders. Promont Wellness recognizes that there can be many paths to recovery from substance use. Our providers are LGBTQ+ affirming and open to an all paths to recovery approach. At Promont Wellness, we recognize that recovery looks different for everyone, so we want to tailor your treatment to best fit your needs. It is crucial that we develop treatment plans that reflect those needs, recognizing that they may change throughout the process. Addiction and mental health impact every aspect of a person's life including friends and family, so it is equally as important to include your support network in the treatment process. We are here to provide and help build a strong foundation so that when you complete treatment and leave Promont, you feel comfortable standing on that foundation while continuing to learn and grow.
