In-person & In-network with most commercial insurers and Medicaid. Serenity Behavioral Health specializes in mental health and substance use counseling for teens and young adults ages 14-28. We provide personalized intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient services with an emphasis on peer support and family involvement. At Serenity, we'll work together to identify what works best for you and provide a serene therapeutic space to connect, get support & make positive changes. Services Include: Comprehensive Assessments, Individual, Group & Family Therapy, Medication Management, Parent Support, Life-Skills, Occupational/Academic Support, Health and Wellness Counseling and more. IOP/OP Services
Our IOP programs meet 3-4 times a week & is an effective option for teens and young adults who might be off-track & experiencing life disruption due to mental health, substance use, and/or behavioral issues. Clients begin in our IOP level of care and can step down to outpatient. Our outpatient program meets 1-2 times a week & helps maintain progress made in IOP. Family Involvement
Family involvement is an integral part our program and has a positive impact on sustained recovery from mental health and/or substance use issues. Rather than treating just the individual we help families identify unhealthy patterns and learn to support one another in order to create positive long lasting change. Teen Groups: IOP & OP
Our Teen Intensive Outpatient (IOP) group meets 3 times a week from 4-6pm and our outpatient group meets 1-2 times a week. Groups typically focus on life skills, 12-step principals, school difficulties, stress management, relationship/skill building, peer support and psychoeducation.

Young Adult Groups: IOP & OP
Our Young Adult Intensive Outpatient Group (IOP) meets 3 times a week from 12:00-3:00pm and our Outpatient (OP) group meets 1-2 times a week. Groups focus on life skills, life transition, relationship/communication skills, educational/vocational support, 12-step principals, psychoeducation and peer support.

Our Parent Group meets bi-weekly and provides education and support throughout the treatment process.
