I am a New York State licensed psychotherapist. I am a certified AEDP therapist and a certified AEDP supervisor as well. Through a safe and warm relationship, in addition to establishing insights of your struggles, I will guide you through emotional and somatic experiences which are the key of real changes.
My therapy style is based on AEDP which is emotion-focused, experiential, and relational psychotherapy. AEDP is informed by attachment-theory, positive psychology, psychodynamic, and neuropsychology. This model is designed not only to heal your struggles but also to unerth and embrace your strengths and potential, by connecting to your authentic self.
The door of my therapy is opened for all kinds of races, cultural backgrounds and gender orientations. I provide therapy sessions both in English and Japanese.
