Therapy is a space of deep vulnerability, and my goal is to provide an environment where you feel truly seen, safe, and understood. While insight is powerful, true change often requires more than just awareness - it asks us to engage with our emotions, our bodies, and our lived experiences. That's while I bring experiential work into our sessions, incorporating somatic awareness and deeper emotional exploration.
I am trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and relational challenges as well as couples moving through life's transitions. Together, we uncover strengths, dismantle barriers, and build new pathways toward growth.
As an Iranian-Canadian living between cultures, I hold a deep awareness of identity, belonging, and the ways our histories shape us. I am especially passionate about working with marginalized communities, honoring the unique intersections of culture, selfhood, and healing.
