I have experience helping both men and women with a variety of concerns: anxiety, family of origin, relationships, marriage, life transitions, adverse childhood experiences, and trauma. I have also worked with survivors of sexual abuse, and I practice my therapy with trauma care. I am in the process of getting EMDR and Gottman Level 1 training.
