I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We all have what it takes inside to make it over life's hurdles. But sometimes we need a helping hand. I am here to give you the support and skills you need to overcome the difficulties you face. I understand that looking for a therapist is a vulnerable experience. Be assured that I will see you as a person rather than a diagnosis. I believe that each person is unique and so should their therapy be. As such, I draw from multiple psychological approaches and tailor my approach to your specific needs.

We see children 2 and up, teens, and adults. Through integrating our faith and clinical training, we offer biblically sound and psychologically skilled approaches to life’s struggles. Meeting clients where they are, we walk alongside in order to hear and help in a way that brings about lasting change. Our doors are open to clients from all religious, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds. We meet in person and virtually.

I know that reaching out for help can be a challenge of its own, but I commend you for the courageous step toward personal growth. In times of struggle and challenges, it is natural to feel overwhelmed and unsure of how to navigate. Going through difficult times is an inevitable part of life, but I believe that with God, we can find strength and resilience needed to overcome these challenges. I am passionate about working with individuals who are facing challenges related to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, self-harm, and spiritual struggles.

Therapy is a partnership, with a common goal of client change in their lives. My focus is client-centered approach by working collaboratively to identify strengths and challenges and develop goals that support the growth of the individual and empower them to make changes. Whether you are addressing a painful problem, working through life changes, or simply wish to experience more joy and fulfillment, know that you are not alone. We all need support from time to time! My plan is that we will work together to identify your strengths, your goals, and your path forward.

Amplify Plus helps people heal and thrive through therapy or/and coaching from a Whole Health approach. Building on empowering clients to take charge of one's health and well-being to live life to the fullest and reach a balance of mind, body spirit. Our goals are to provide quality services to our clients that help their lives prosper and grow. Amplify Plus provides telehealth and face-to-face counseling to address a wide range of social and psychological therapeutic needs. We use evidence-based therapy (for example, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Therapy) and Coaching to help make a successful transition.
