“Warmth is essential! I always strive to create an environment of trust, compassion and respect where people feel validated and know they are heard. Whether it’s executive coaching or wellness consulting, we will have honest and powerful conversations in an empathic way for the greatest impact. I believe in getting to the truth sooner rather than later so we can address the real issues and challenges and begin to heal and rebuild from there. While working through issues with my clients, such as burnout, stagnation or being in a sustained negative environment, we establish goals and a path towards accomplishing those goals.

Change is the only constant part of life. We might as well embrace it and move forward. What if we made it a point everyday to own our choices beginning with how we treat ourselves and how we choose to treat others. And more importantly, what would happen if we choose to learn something new from our decisions. What if our failures were actually an awakening and an opportunity to redefine happiness. Let's find the right conversation to lead you in your quest to make the necessary changes you need to enjoy life and reconnect with those who mean the most.

While interviewing skills are often what bring people to me, I support the full career journey—from clarifying your goals to finding work that fits who you are.
I help clients uncover their strengths and stories they often overlook—especially the things they do so naturally they don’t recognize them as valuable. Whether we’re refining your interview answers, exploring your career direction, or preparing for a transition, we’ll identify what you're really "selling".

I am also an experienced career counselor, able to review career goals, resume, cover letter development, and networking.
From NICU to Hospice, clients need validation, understanding, and permission to reconnect with their super-powers: strengths and talents which may be buried under unexpected stressors. By reviewing where you are, and where you want to be, we can chip away at these stressors together. By listening to, gently challenging, and empowering clients to review what skills, strengths, and new goals they seek, processing leads to the client's independent success, calm, and joy. I follow the client, not the other way around. By hearing and understanding goals, I align treatment options to empower clients through processing and new goals.

Have you noticed that you are feeling stuck, triggered, or even something deeper keeps nagging you? Navigating through uncertainty and stress can feel overwhelming and isolating. It is during these moments where we have to assess our experiences and relationships. Healing from narcissistic and toxic relationships can cause unimaginative damage to your core. Recovery from any form of toxicity (relational or systemic) has to be strategically deconstructed and leads you back to a healed version of yourself that embraces you.

Career Counseling Therapists
How do I know if I need career counseling?
Determining whether a career counselor is needed involves assessing one's current career and identifying what changes can be made to improve one's overall quality of life. In particular, feelings of loss of motivation, fatigue, anxiety, depression, procrastination, or ongoing levels of high stress can all be indicative of a need for career-related counseling. In addition, individuals changing jobs may want the decision-making support or self-reflection opportunities provided by a career counselor.

Who can benefit from career counseling?
Anyone can benefit from the self-reflection, skill development, and stress management techniques that career counseling can provide. However, individuals who are feeling overwhelmed or burnt out with their current job and individuals considering a major career change may particularly benefit from career counseling to improve their wellbeing. Additionally, individuals who are facing issues in their current job, such as coworker relationship challenges or not meeting performance goals, may benefit from the perspective that a career counselor can provide. College-age or young professionals may also uniquely benefit from career counseling as they make key decisions surrounding education and job training that will impact their career trajectory.

How long does career counseling typically last?
The length of career counseling can vary greatly depending on the needs of the individual and what type of support they are seeking. Career coaching or advising services—which serve clients in a specific, goal-oriented capacity—often last for a shorter duration and are sometimes only a single session or a few sessions in length. In contrast, career counseling as part of a more integrative therapeutic relationship with a counselor may last longer, particularly if the issues faced by the client are longstanding and/or more complex in nature; in such cases, individuals may expect therapy to last multiple months or longer.

How to prepare for career counseling?
Clients can prepare for career counseling sessions by outlining the specific topics they would like to address with the counselor, such as current job challenges or hopes for the future of their career. Compiling one's thoughts on such topics often requires reflection on one's career and future goals, which in itself can be beneficial for session preparation. Clients may also want to put together a list of questions they would like to ask the counselor, particularly if the career counselor they are seeing has particular expertise in a given career area. Conducting research into potential future jobs, training opportunities, or support resources in one's area may also help clients prepare for career counseling by providing them with a background of what resources are available in their area.
