As your therapist you are not alone, I can provide a supportive and empathetic environment. I will work together with you to guide you through a journey of self-exploration and discovery to achieve a deeper understanding about yourself. While at the same time recognizing your natural gifts and unique talents as an individual. I believe that life experiences shape who we are as individuals and that we are able to re-write our own story.

We will work on extracting your strengths to obtain a healthier approach to life. I am a bilingual English/Spanish speaking licensed therapist . I enjoy working with a diverse client population across the life span with varied experiences.
My special areas of expertise are assisting clients with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger, stress, coping strategies, trauma and life transitions. I utilize various modalities of therapy including client centered, solution focused, strength, interpersonal, cognitive, narrative, and psychodynamic. I have Friday and Saturday hours available.
