I specialize in treating adults, adolescents and children seeking to address issues such as anxiety/stress, depression, anger management, social skills, communication, shame and self-esteem, co-dependency, emotional abuse, women's issues, and life transitions.
My therapeutic approach draws on several counseling theories, as I tailor my approach to the individual client's needs. The modalities I use most often include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. The foundation to my approach is a belief in the client's ability to grow and change.
