Lily works with adults, couples, and adolescents starting at 12 years of age. She is able to support clients in the following areas; depression, anxiety, managing family and life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting, building healthy coping skills, and processing traumatic events. Lily also offers pre-marital counseling for couples.

As your counselor, I will help you recognize where your true hope and peace can be found. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, or other issues, I will work with you to find healing in your own mind, heart, and soul, as well as relational healing with those around you. Hello! I am Rachel, an individual and family therapist and licensed independent clinical social worker. I work with teens and adults, offering both individual and family therapy. I specialize in working with clients who have anxiety, panic attacks, ADHD, autism, and depression. I also support clients experiencing phobias, OCD, grief/loss, and trauma. I partner with clients seeking to strengthen their stress/coping skills, relationships, communication skills, boundaries/self-care, and esteem/self-acceptance. I welcome LGBTQ+ identifying clients. I have taught meditation for 30 years, for those who would like to learn in-session.

Currently, we have no availability for new clients and we are not using a wait list. We will update this when we have avaiability. We are available for associate therapist supervision. Our goal is to help associates gain their hours towards independent licensure while helping them develop their own private practice.
