Thank you for visiting my page. I offer 30 years of experience working with marginalized populations in various capacities. My own life experiences have prepared me to walk with others through challenging life obstacles. Simple strategies that I find helpful are creating a self-care plan and making more connections through this journey. It is in these connections we gain resilience and start the healing process. I have learned over time that when I cannot change life’s circumstances then I might need to change my approach or perspective. Please feel free to reach out if you have more questions about me.
I find that often in life we have obstacles that get in the way of being the person we want to be or obstacles that get in the way of having close relationships with others. It is in this time when we are given an opportunity to explore these life interactions and examine how we can improve those connections.
You don’t have to do this journey alone. We can work together to explore your goals and create a plan that works for you. I work with survivors of trauma, such as child abuse, sexual assault and domestic violence. I also work with individuals who struggle with addictions or who have family or friends that are struggling with addictions. Feel free to call me.
