Hello! I am Rachel, an individual and family therapist, clinical social worker, life coach, meditation teacher, and certified Biofield Tuning practitioner. If you have anxiety, panic attacks, ADHD, autism/neurodivergence, phobias, depression or dual diagnoses, give me a call. I partner well with clients seeking to strengthen their anxiety/stress coping skills, relationships, communication skills, boundaries/self-care, and esteem/self-acceptance. I welcome LGBTQ+ identifying clients. I have taught meditation for over 35 years, and provide intuitive integrative therapeutic support for those undertaking spiritual self-inquiry pathwork.
I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach, to tailor sessions to each client's specific personal and psychological needs. Modalities include Narrative, Dialectical Behavioral, and Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness techniques. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through Harborview Center for Sexual Assault and Traumatic Stress.
