Hello and welcome! My name is V (they/them), and it's an honor to join your journey. I provide psychotherapy for artists, entrepreneurs, and high-performing professionals. Are you an artist wanting to uplift your craft, prepare for a project, or confront creative blocks? I use Narrative, Psychodynamic, and Culturally-Responsive approaches to make therapy intersectional, compassionate, and client-centered. Many of my clients identify as Queer and Trans folx; Black, Indigenous, and People of Color; and Gen Z and Millennials. I specialize in trauma recovery, complex grief, and navigating significant life transitions.
