I am LCSW therapist with Cerebral and I have been with them for 2 years. I also currently work with Better Help and Rula. I take Aetna, Cigna and Optum insurances with Rula. I have focused my practice on clients with ADHD, depression and anxiety with the understanding that with those comes other mental health struggles. Mireya Tamez is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 1992. Mireya has an MA in Clinical Counseling from St. Mary's University.
