I am a licensed counselor with several years of experience working in the field. I work exclusively with adults aged 21+ and consider it an honor and great privilege to be able to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward health, wellness, and success, no matter what challenges they might face. I have extensive experience in trauma-informed care which has proven to be helpful for numerous clients over the years who have been facing struggles related to early life trauma.

Additionally, I provide therapy to couples who are navigating relationship issues, co-parenting, or seeking pre-marital counseling. I specialize in working with families on issues arising from acculturation that may be causing a rift between the parents and teenage or adult kids because of contrasting religious and family values and Western culture. I use hypnotherapy to do past life regressions to unlock the roots of your current struggles by exploring past lives and finding healing.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in TX as well as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in NM. I graduated from a CACREP accredited Counseling and Educational Psychology program. I have experience working with all types of mental health disorders in various settings (individual, group, couples, family); more specifically working with any issues of depression, anxiety, stress, grief, career and life changes, relationship issues, substance misuse, and any trauma (emotional, sexual, physical). I approach a therapeutic relationship as an equal relationship and always in a non judgmental and safe environment.

I work with people not diagnoses. First and foremost I want my clients to know that they are not on their own. I first began to study counseling psychology because I enjoy helping people. When a person comes into my office it is usually because they are in need of help. Through the use of various psychological techniques I strive to assist those who seek to find what they are looking for. I also offer HIPPA compliant video counseling for convenience.
