About
We are all unique in our histories, yet feelings of anxiety, depression, loss, and love are all universal. Some days feel easy to handle, and others may feel overwhelming and unending. For many people, painful experiences outweigh the happier parts of their lives. I am so happy you have taken steps to feel better. I would love the opportunity to meet with you in person or talk via teletherapy. I would be honored to hear your story.
Allow me to help you feel more in control and less anxious. We will work through troublesome thoughts causing depression and build better coping strategies. In a warm, therapeutic setting, we will work together using different counseling methods to counter negative thinking patterns, find positivity in your life, and achieve a greater balance and joy.
My specialties are working with children (7-10), tweens, teens, and young adults (18-25). Those nearly twenty years of a person’s life are tumultuous with change, decisions, in-n-out relationships, emotional highs and lows, and self-discovery. However, I also enjoy working with adults of all ages, as everyone has a different story.
