I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in New Mexico. Since earning my degree from a CACREP-accredited program in 2013, I've worked with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of mental health concerns — including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance misuse, relationship issues, and life transitions.
I specialize in individual therapy and also work with couples. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space. I tailor each treatment plan using evidence-based methods such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and the Gottman Method (Level I & II).
