I have experience with LGBTQ+, BIPOC individuals, relationship issues, and daily stress experiences.
I speak Spanish and use a mix of strategies to fit your unique worldview, from reshaping thinking to make conscientious choices that align with your goals and values to help with plans and to reach goals. I use Client-Center Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Choice-Based Therapy with my clients, and other techniques.
