I work with those wanting to understand their conscious and subconscious patterns in order to have awareness and do things differently. I offer talk therapy, as well as trauma therapies like Brainspotting and EMDR as well as other more creative modalities to fit your needs. I do this while providing a safe space paired with honest and compassionate feedback.

I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to explore and to be themselves without judgement or criticism.
