I work with individuals and couples to explore their conscious and subconscious beliefs and be curious about what works and what doesn't. We figure out how to make small shifts that lead to big change. I offer talk therapy, as well as trauma and more creative modalities to fit your needs. I offer a safe space paired with honest and compassionate feedback.

I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to explore and to be themselves without judgement or criticism. If we don't feel safe to be real and vulnerable, we can't explore and be curious about ourselves. I use a family systems and client centered approach to allow clients safety and bandwidth to grow.
