With 12 years of experience working with clients going through individual, relationship, and family issues, Celebrity Therapist Dr. Jeff Rocker has provided therapeutic services to clients nationwide. He is Licensed in 14 states and has served clients from all age groups. Over the years, Dr. Jeff has organized lectures and various events in the community, including excursions and retreats for couples to improve their communication and better understand each other. He has experience working with athletes in the NFL, NBA, and MLB. In addition, Dr. Jeff has also worked with clients in the Movie, Music, and Entertainment Industries.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Laurie Todd, LPC-S in the state of Texas. I hold a MA in Counseling Psychology from Texas Woman’s University, where I gained specialization in various treatment modalities. I have experience working with clients who presented with symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar and personality disorders, life adjustment stressors, trauma, and more.

People tend to seek therapy for two reasons: to resolve interpersonal conflicts and/or internal conflicts. These conflicts may cause you to feel guilt stricken, frozen in time, panicked, anxious, depressed, nervous, obsessive or withdrawn. Most of the time, these feelings stem from cognitions (thoughts) that lead us down an emotional spiral where we feel out of control and lost. If you want to gain a better understanding of yourself, your trauma history, and how early imprinting may connect to interpersonal or internal conflict, you may find therapy to be a life-giving, healing and liberating experience.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field. I received my Theology degree from Florida Theological Seminary and my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern State University. The combination of a Theological and Therapeutic approach allows me to reach my clients from a Holistic approach. It is this unique training that I incorporate in my counseling to assist one in achieving full homeostasis by focusing on the body, mind, and soul. I incorporate a Solution Focused/CBT approach.
