About
You've tried all the apps, read the self-help books, binged on blogs, articles and podcasts to try and get through it. Yet, you're still feeling stressed, anxious, worried, isolated, frustrated, irritable, unmotivated, and struggling to find balance again. Sound familiar? I see you, and I am here to help. I have spent the last 10 years working with adults, young adults, and teens helping them improve their ability to manage life stressors & increase their self-esteem, while learning to set healthy emotional boundaries with others.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy which simply means I help tailor therapy to each client’s treatment goals, using humanistic, artistic & cognitive approaches to improve quality of life. I offer my clients space to be truly seen & heard while also providing guidance and support to gain deeper self-awareness and understanding.
At Counseling Creatively we have a passion for providing therapy to teens, young adults, new moms & adults who struggle with life transitions, stress management, boundaries, & identity exploration which includes sense of purpose, career, self & gender. We offer clients space to be truly seen & heard just as they are; messy, creative, eager to take on life!
