Our Mental Health and Social Justice Clinic provides comprehensive psychological evaluations and therapy to kids, teens, adults, and seniors. We provide trauma informed individual, couples, family, and group sessions. As well as yoga and mindfulness sessions, and art therapy. We are specialists in trauma informed therapy and our practice provides individual, couples, group, and family therapy services. Our licensed and skilled team of therapists is devoted to providing quality therapy services and our social justice team is committed to seeing you thrive in the community.

I have been a counselor for more than 30 years. I remain passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and believe that genuine caring is an essential element to an effective counseling relationship. Over the years I have worked with clients with significant trauma and loss. I consider it a privilege to stand with another individual as he or she resolves great pain. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I received a master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from University Texas Southwestern Medical Center. I work with mental health struggles for adults of all ages including depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, trauma, and stress. Having received counseling services in the past myself, I know how difficult it can be to take the steps necessary to ask for help. My graduate coursework, coupled with my responsibilities as a school counselor, has provided me with experience in both individual and group counseling to facilitate personal, social-emotional, and behavioral development for adolescents and young adults. My experience has focused on stress, anxiety, depression, behavior concerns, crisis management, self-esteem, conflict resolution, substance abuse prevention and intervention, and racial literacy. I have also received training for frameworks to better understand the impacts of trauma, as well as practices to foster a trauma-informed and resilience-focused mindset.

DONALD LEE, earned his B.A. from Brandeis University. He earned his M.A., M.Ed., and Ed.D. in counseling psychology from Columbia University. He is also a Licensed Professional Counselor. He provides individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults, as well as, providing marital and family therapy. He treats individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance/alcohol abuse, and adjustment issues. Dr. Lee has taught courses in individual therapy, group counseling, and racial-cultural counseling at the graduate level. His clinical experiences have involved work with the chronically mentally ill, victims of trauma, and has consulted at agencies working with victims of domestic violence.
