Welcome! I specialize in providing a safe and confidential space where clients can process and talk about issues that they are facing. I also support first responders and veterans through their transition to civilian life, addressing issues related to PTSD, addictions, anxiety, depression, and more. My ultimate goal is to foster resilience and empower my clients to overcome obstacles to improve their overall well-being. I take pleasure in collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds and professions, particularly witnessing the remarkable personal growth that therapy can facilitate.
I apply a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, and humanistic therapy. I tailor these methods to suit the unique needs of each individual I work with, avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach in my therapy sessions.
