I work with a variety of populations (ages 14 to older adulthood), using an eclectic approach to customize your therapeutic needs. Through a collaborative partnership, my goal is to ensure you maximize your counseling experience through behavior modification, coping strategies and other evidenced based techniques to reach your desired outcomes.

Many therapists like myself venture into the mental health field motivated by their own experiences. Growing up in a family that struggled with addictions, grief/loss, co-dependency, violence and dysfunction, I existed in life feeling lonely, worthless, and empty for too many years. I turned my life upside down and reconstructed my life based upon me as I was truly created. Living life whole, as a spiritually connected being, brought me to love, accept and respect myself. In this place LIFE IS GOOD! I know the path that leads to this place.

I am a dedicated therapist who specializes in working with couples and individuals who are ready to confront their challenges head-on. I am a Certified Grief Educator , trained by David Kessler. I was honored to be contracted by the TV show "THE DOCTORS" to work with one of their case studies. I have completed Levels 1-3 of Gottman Training for couples. I practice eclectic therapy styles to meet clients within their comfort zone. My trauma therapy techniques include EMDR and Brainspotting. I have been in practice since 2009. I love what I do so I am a big believer in continuous trainings that will make me the best that I can be.
