Interpersonal Process Group (Co-ed)

The Interpersonal Process Group is based on the work of Irvin Yalom, and the focus is primarily on the here-and-now experience. Group members can gain support and connection, can improve their capacity for intimacy or boundary-setting, can learn how they affect and are affected by others, can see how modern-day interactions enact old wounds, and can heal wounds from the past through therapeutic interactions with a diverse group of individuals.

I've been where you are, and I promise you there IS another way. Can I show you? Visit website for more information.
