Whether you have experienced a trauma, loss, transition, or identity crisis, or you have a diagnosable condition, like ADHD, PTSD, depression, or anxiety, we are here to help. We work with adolescents and adults of all ages. We also strive to meet people where they are. If you've never been to therapy, hate talking about feelings, and don't even know what's wrong, it's okay. We can show you the way. We also love it when people come to us ready for the deep dive that gets to the root of the problem and leads to changes that last. We utilize attachment/relational & somatic practices, brainspotting, clinical hypnotherapy, IFS, & more.
If you're ready to stop circling around the same issues, numbing out, and repeating patterns, we can help you find your blind spots, remove the barriers to heath and wholeness, and support you in designing the life you want to live. We tailor each therapy to the individual before us, using attunement, intuition, and advanced clinical skills.
