Many of the issues my client's encounter stem from relationship issues, depression, anxiety, addiction, substance abuse, life adjustment, work stress, school, and behavioral problems. I have a realistic straightforward approach to addressing these situations.
I see many clients for accute stressors as well as longterm issues. Many of my clients utilize ongoing therapy as a component of good self care. I also work with several local companies providing their employees with EAP services and engage in onsite critical incident stress reduction when needed.
