Throughout the over twenty years of being a therapist I have worked with many different clients in a variety of settings. My specialty is using a strengths perspective where I meet with a client where they currently are and help them find their own strengths to move to where they want to be. I have experience working with adolescents, adult men and women.
Life can be very hard to navigate when we feel emotionally healthy. When we feel tired all of the time or like our thoughts are bouncing everywhere it is much more difficult to move forward.
