In 2022, I received advanced training with world-renowned Palliative Care Physician Gabor Maté, MD, on Compassionate Inquiry and specifically treating trauma with nonpharmacologic interventions. I became an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Institute Certified Therapist in 2019 and integrated EMDR with Attachment and Parts Work.
I am continuously learning and employing leading-edge strategies. I am a passionate therapist who thrives at helping others so my clients can find their inner guidance and recognize their healing abilities.
