As a trauma-focused therapist, I offer virtual sessions for clients in NJ, NY, FL, and MD, and I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve freedom, healing, and self-compassion through our work together.
If you have painful memories or negative core beliefs rooted in traumatic experiences, abuse, or childhood emotional neglect - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) can be a powerful method to help you reprocess disturbing memories, alleviate distressing emotions, reduce hypervigilance, and restore your sense of safety and stability.
I am supported by a dedicated New Client Coordination Team to assist with every detail of your onboarding process. They will handle insurance benefit verification, provide all forms to establish and officially welcome you as a Wellsprings client, and schedule our first appointment.
