I help women overcome burn out, anxiety, depression, PTSD and interpersonal conflict, so that they can connect more fully with their authentic selves and lead more fulfilling lives. I also help couples overcome barriers to understanding each other in order to reach deeper, more meaningful levels of connection through life's difficulties.

I believe that each individual and/or couple is unique and brings with them their own unique challenges and strengths. We will work together, as a team, addressing the challenges and using the strengths to find the ideal approach to affect meaningful, positive change in your life.
