About
Bayley understands that life has its share of struggles and believes each human being has the intuitive knowledge and ability to solve their own problems with a little help. Whether it be a relationship conflict or an internal conflict with the body or mind, Bayley works with each client to tackle the root of each issue - not just the symptoms on the surface. This way, clients can confidently leave each session knowing their strengths, power, and coping strategies. Ms. Bayley is committed to maintaining a diverse and thriving practice. She eagerly looks forward to making a meaningful and positive connection with you.
I offer individual and couples therapy sessions. All sessions are client-centered and evidenced based utilizing a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other approaches tailored to each client's needs. My favorite issues to treat are trauma, communication problems, eating disorders, and mood disorders.
Whether you or a loved one struggle with relationships, difficult emotions, or negative self-talk, it would be my pleasure to share in your experience and help you find a place of inner peace and contentment. Let's do this!
