I work with individuals, couples/partners, and families of all ages. I particularly enjoy working with couples/partners, teens, and adults who are navigating questions around identity, sexuality, struggling to find a sense of belonging, or who are hoping to feel more at ease in their body and with their sense of self. Together we will explore the many facets of your ever-evolving self, as well your relationships to the people and environments around you.
My approach is collaborative, creative and holistic. You are an expert and active participant in your own healing. I am merely a guide in deconstructing limiting narratives, shining light on your strengths and exquisite complexities, and diving into the depths of your inner world to better understand who you are today, and who you dream to continue becoming.
I acknowledge that many of our emotional struggles are in reaction to a society that does not foster compassion, community, and equity but actively causes harm. I feel it is important to name the impact of these immense systems of oppression, while still daring to find and experience the beauty that life has to offer. It is an honor to do so alongside you.

Grief Support Group
For young adults in their 20s-40s navigating life after death-related loss. Together we will explore and honor the non-linear journey of grief, integrating our experiences of loss with our deepened understanding of love. A space to hold the heaviness, a space to seek joy, a space to collectively share and discover how we live our lives with grief by our side. Upcoming group will run from April 9th to June 11th.

Layers of Loss: LA fires grief support
This group will navigate the compounding impact of personal, collective, and environmental grief for those who lost their homes in the recent LA fires. Together we will sort through the layers of what is held within a home – the material and the sentimental, memories and relationships, a sense of community, identity, safety, and connection to the natural world around it. This group meets Wednesdays from 11:30-1pm in person at Scribble from April 16th to June 18th.
