I am a creative soul that believes in utilizing various treatment modalities that increase the Mind, Body, Spirit connection and cultivate self-acceptance. I am a native to the Erie community providing mental health support since 2003 and versed in treating a wide range of mental health issues.

I am passionate about helping adolescents, college students and adults in all stages of life to reach their full potential by assisting them in healing from past wounds and developing healthy patterns for the future. I am experienced in treating a wide variety of mental health issues and have helped my clients to heal from depression, anxiety, PSTD, OCD, relational conflicts and trauma related conditions. As well, I have coached clients toward reaching goals of significant weight loss, relationship resolutions, career transitions and reaching other personal goals.

I believe in providing a safe environment where clients can explore their feelings, fears, and concerns. In attaining a strong and genuine therapeutic relationship, therapy can be a life-changing experience. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have extensive training in high conflict families as well as with children and teenagers with behavioral issues. I enjoy working with couples to resolve negative interaction patterns and intimacy issues. I am available for individual, family, and/or couples therapy sessions.

This thing we call life is hard. It is full of challenges, decisions, experiences, and transitions that lead to big feelings and complicated thoughts. The good news is: we can do hard things! I have worked with clients on a wide range of concerns including: depression, anxiety, sexuality and gender issues, relationship and family challenges, life transitions, grief, and trauma. My experience has taught me the vast strength of each individual...our ability as human beings to make meaning out of struggle, to change the things we can, and to accept (often with a changed perspective!) the things we can not.
