I believe in providing a safe environment where clients can explore their feelings, fears, and concerns. In attaining a strong and genuine therapeutic relationship, therapy can be a life-changing experience. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have extensive training in high conflict families as well as with children and teenagers with behavioral issues. I enjoy working with couples to resolve negative interaction patterns and intimacy issues. I am available for individual, family, and/or couples therapy sessions.
I have worked in community mental health for more than ten years, and have a strong knowledge base of this system. I enjoy working in tandem with other professionals if needed.
I also enjoy working with individual adults to address depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship issues, and overall life stressors. In addition to clinical treatment, I also provide both individual and group supervision for candidates seeking to accrue hours towards licensure.

Groups
Group Supervision
Group Supervision is offered for therapists seeking to accrue licensure hours. Theories most heavily utilized are: Structural Family Therapy and CBT. Person of the therapist elements are incorporated as well. Group currently has open slots.
