I am a compassionate and intuitive licensed psychotherapist & hypnotist. I have been practicing for 40 years. I specialize in anger management, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties/couples counseling, motivation, personality disorders, EMDR and hypnosis for a variety of issues. I am a member of the Oregon Counseling Association, American Counseling Association, National Anger Management Association, Oregon Mediation Association, and I am a board member of the Oregon Hypnotherapy Association, and President of World Musado Federation. I am familiar with Spanish, as my father is from Spain although I am not fluent.

As a family therapist, I believe that each family, couple and individual has the ability to heal using their own internal strengths. My focus is on restoring balance and building communication within families as they are integral in increasing the overall well-being of individuals, couples and families. I identify symptoms such as marital discord, addiction, behavioral issues among children and adolescents, mental and medical health issues as becoming an unhelpful part of the family system. My approach to reduce the impact of these symptoms and break harmful patterns is collaborative, encouraging members to be open and honest throughout the progression of therapy.

I evaluate and treat children, adolescents, and adults suffering from ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship and communication problems. I assist patients who seek balance between work and play, as they develop healthy communication, and compassion for others in relationships as parents, and partners, while also achieving success in their educational pursuits, and career path.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative, sacred space where clients bring themselves and their stories.
