Life is overwhelming and can be chaotic and messy but healing is possible! I provide S.A.F.E. EMDR Therapy. EMDR is an effective treatment for many issues such as PTSD, Anxiety, Phobias, Depression, and more. EMDR is a neurocognitive approach that helps the brain to make sense out of past and present experiences in alleviating symptoms so they no longer impact daily living and relationships.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Trauma Therapist by the International Association (EMDRIA). I specialize in treating trauma through a Somatic and Attachment approach utilizing S.A.F.E. EMDR. I have been working with trauma since 2011, treating PTSD, and other trauma and stress-related disorders. I service all Oregon residents.
