About

I have over 26 years of experience supporting people struggling with a variety of issues - depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma & PTSD, grief & loss, life changes, abuse, and more. I personally and professionally understand the dynamics that accompany many of these life challenges.
I use a client-centered, trauma informed approach when working with people. As I recognize that we all need holistic care, I use integrated interventions to support mind, body, and psychological needs. I use such interventions as: CBT, DBT, MI, Family Systems, Hypnotherapy, EFT, Narrative, and more to treat the "whole" you, not just individual parts.
At Sapphire Blue, I and my staff work hard to provide you with a safe, respectful, accepting place to grow. We strive to develop healthy relationships where you are valued for your experiences, as we understand that you are the "expert" of you.
