I have over 30 years of experience supporting people struggling with a variety of issues - depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma & PTSD, grief & loss, life changes, abuse, and more. I personally and professionally understand the dynamics that accompany many of these life challenges.
I use a client-centered, trauma informed approach when working with people. As I recognize that we all need holistic care, I use integrated interventions to support mind, body, and psychological needs. I use such interventions as: CBT, DBT, MI, Family Systems, Hypnotherapy, EFT, Narrative, and more to treat the "whole" you, not just individual parts.

Groups
Seeking Safety - Women with PTSD & Addiction
Covered by insurance, this group will be an open group for women with co-occurring PTSD and Substance Use/Compulsive Behaviors (eating, relationships, porn/sex, gambling, videogames/screens, shopping, etc.). This is going to be a psycho educational group to better understand the relationship between addiction and trauma. This group will be 15 weeks long and will cover various topics from what is trauma and addiction to healthy relationships and boundaries. Will start in July and end in Oct. It will be held over Zoom on Tuesday nights at 6pm and Wednesday afternoon at 12pm. Materials will be provided.
