Using a blend of evidence-based therapies tailored to your individual needs, I will help you identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, learn emotion regulation and coping skills, calm the body’s stress response and build resilience, increase self-acceptance and reduce self-criticism, and heal from trauma.

I will gently challenge you while supporting you every step of the way while you grow and move toward meaningful, lasting change. And, when it fits, I use humor to bring relief, connection, and perspective. Therapy doesn’t have to be all heavy, all the time. Sometimes a little levity can make the hard work more bearable.
