I work hard to make every session with my clients meaningful by first co-creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and relaxed space where you can talk about whatever you need to talk about - a space where you can process feelings and we can collaboratively identify solutions that will make things better in whatever area of your world you want to work on.

As a counselor, it is my passion to assist those through the struggles along life's journey. We are all living through difficult times which can make us feel isolated, alone, anxious, depressed, or without hope. In addition, these stressors can also increase how we experience and perceive the stressors of everyday life as well as how we communicate and interact in relationships with those we love the most.
