We all need a space where we can feel safe enough to explore and process all of our experience. I come into therapy with the assumption that anxiety and emotional distress often occur when our current ways of doing things are no longer serving us, and we're needing to find new ways to better serve us now. With this in mind, I work to better understand a client's wholistic experience, and help them feel more aligned with their values and who they are wanting to be. While I don't see myself to be the expert on any client's experience, I do look to come alongside them to provide insight, hope, and support towards their desired goals.

Working from a relational model, I see the relationship formed between client and therapist as being essential to the process of therapy. Seeing relationships as powerful and formative, I believe the therapy relationship provides a unique context in which meaningful change and transformation can take place.
